Tickets for the Ascension Conference are $310 USD for the two days (price includes a 2-day facility entrance fee).  We suggest getting your tickets early as seats are limited.

An extensive “Southwestern Cuisine” Lunch Buffet will be available for your convenience during the conference on Saturday and Sunday for an additional $25 USD per day. You may purchase one or both days. Wristbands will be provided to identify those attendees who have purchased the lunch each day. A vegetarian selection is available if you specify that choice when ordering. NOTE: Tickets for the lunch option must be purchased no later than January 21, 2024; no last-minute or on-site purchase of this lunch option will be available. Click HERE to see Lunch Buffet Menu. For those not purchasing the lunch buffet, snack shops and a casual dining restaurant are available within the conference center area. For those seeking to travel outside the conference area for lunch, you may use the light rail system within walking distance or your own transportation for more options. Bringing your own snacks or sack lunch is also permitted, however no large containers or coolers are allowed.

COBRA will also be offering a Ray Initiation Workshop the day before the conference on Friday, February 2, 2024, beginning at 10 am MST, for those who would like to receive Ray Initiations! Ray Initiations (Level 1 & 2) are $180 USD each (price includes a 1-day facility entrance fee), up to three Ray Initiations are allowed per level. You must have already received Level 1 of a ray (and practiced it for 2-3 months) before you can receive Level 2. Tickets for one ray must be purchased no later than January 28, 2024 (by January 21st if possible), however additional rays may be purchased after that date up until the day of the workshop or until spaces are filled.

The Ascension Conference and Ray Initiation Workshop will take place in Phoenix, Arizona, located close to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Exact conference address to be emailed to attendees approximately one week prior to conference start date. You will enjoy this conference location and the additional activities it provides! There is an abundance of hotels and Airbnb’s in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area in a variety of price ranges. Many are located in the area of the Phoenix International Airport near the conference location. Click HERE for hotel suggestions. Many hotels offer free shuttles to/from airport, some also offer free shuttles to conference location. Taxi/Uber/Lyft, Skytrain, bus and light rail system also available. Car rentals are located at the airport. Conference location offers free parking.

Phoenix is located in the beautiful state of Arizona with many side trip options close by, such as the famous spiritual community of Sedona and the magnificent Grand Canyon! Daytime average temperature in February is 72°F (22°C), nighttime average is 46°F (8°C). Be sure to drink plenty of water while in Arizona to stay hydrated!

Refund policy

No refunds after January 21, 2024.* Prior to that date you can received full refund if you email admin@2012portal.events with your request.

*Note: For this conference, there is an illness policy in place so no person who is sick will be allowed to attend. After January 21^st, a $280 refund will be given for Ascension Conference ticket, and a $165 refund will be given for your first ray purchased, additional rays purchased will receive a full refund of $180 per ray. You must notify us at admin@2012portal.events prior to start of event; no refunds given once workshop or conference has started. No refunds given for lunch ticket(s) purchased.

Force Majeure: If event is cancelled due to acts of God, war, military operation, national emergency, natural disaster, pandemic, strike, civil disorder, sabotage, terrorism, or the order, request or recommendation of any governmental agency, or any circumstance beyond the parties’ control related to any of the aforementioned conditions, making it illegal or impossible to hold the event contemplated herein, all monies received will be refunded to purchaser.
