Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases of event tickets (“Tickets”) by individuals or entities (“Purchasers”) from 2012portal.events (“Company”). This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the website, the content, products, or services provided by or through the website, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
TERMS
- Agreement to Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing Tickets from the Company, the Purchaser agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement. - Delivery of Tickets.
Tickets will be delivered electronically to the Purchaser’s email address as provided during the purchase process. The Company is not responsible for the inability to deliver Tickets due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided by the Purchaser. - Refunds Policy.
The Company’s refunds policy is as previously detailed and remains in effect. Refunds will be handled in accordance with that policy. - Account Creation.
Purchasing Tickets may result in the creation of a Purchaser account for managing Tickets and receiving event information. - Event Changes and Cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to change or cancel events. Suitable notice will be provided to Purchasers, and refunds will be issued where proportionate and in accordance with the 2012portal.events Refunds Policy. - Conduct.
Purchasers agree to conduct themselves courteously and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in revocation of Tickets without refund. - Privacy Policy.
The Company respects the privacy of its Purchasers. Data is processed only as required for transactions and kept for legal reasons. Attendee details are not sold or transferred to any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detailed information. - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Attendees will be required to sign an NDA at the event, as per the separate NDA document provided by the 2012portal.events. - Customer Service.

If any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable. - Amendments.
Amendments to this Agreement are valid only when made in writing and signed by the Company. - Applicable Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. - Liability.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of Tickets. - Force Majeure.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. - Contact Information.
