An extensive “Southwestern Cuisine” Lunch Buffet will be available for your convenience during the conference on Saturday and Sunday for an additional $25 USD per day (see menu in description below). You may purchase one or both days. Wristbands will be provided to identify those attendees who have purchased the lunch each day (at checkout, be sure to indicate correct name/email of person who will be using each ticket). A vegetarian selection is available if you specify that choice at checkout.
Tickets for the lunch buffet must be purchased no later than January 21, 2024 (and no refunds given after this date); no last-minute or on-site purchase of this lunch option will be available.

“Southwest Cuisine” Lunch Buffet Menu:
- Pollo Asado
Chicken breast marinated in citrus juice with achiote paste, cumin and oregano
- Carne Asada
Flank Steak marinated in citrus juice with garlic and cilantro
- Southwest Tofu (please select vegetarian option at checkout)
Ground tofu marinated in citrus juice with cumin, chili powder and oregano
All above options served with flour & corn tortillas

Lemonade and Water
For those not purchasing the lunch buffet: Snack shops and a casual dining restaurant are available within the conference center area. For those seeking to travel outside the conference area for lunch, you may use the light rail system within walking distance or your own transportation for more options. Bringing your own snacks or sack lunch is also permitted, however no large containers or coolers are allowed.
